As an experienced museum leader and strategist with over 20 years of expertise in exhibitions, visitor engagement, and institutional transformation, she has led converations on the importance of taking risks, disrupting norms and championing diverse narratives, co-creation, and innovative business models.
Erick J. Torres is a passionate cultural manager and researcher with a focus on audience studies and cultural communication. His wide-ranging expertise has opened doors for him to work in various fields, from culture to journalism and beyond, allowing him to bring fresh perspectives to everything he does.


Jennifer Foley, PhD, is the principal consultant for Horizon Insights, focusing on supporting cultural organizations to learn and connect with their audiences through interpretation, audience research, and evaluation. She has worked in cultural non-profits for more than two decades, primarily in interpretation, education, public programming, audience research, and evaluation.
Nick Roth is a dynamic organizational leader with over 20 years of experience spanning the nonprofit sector, education, and the U.S. military. As Co-Founder of Agency, he has been instrumental in driving strategic change management, operational efficiency, and community engagement.
